Refund policy

At Otto Projects, all products are digital products and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, accidental purchase, or where you no longer want or need the product after purchase or download. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or you receive the wrong product, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
