We take all the hard bits out of getting your house approved and ready for building.
Because our digital products are delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If there is an issue with your file, or it does not match the product description, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

We have two simple offerings to cater for wherever you’re at in your building journey. Choose our concept package if it’s early days or our build package when you want to get more serious about starting construction.
When you purchase the concept package your drawings will be sent straight to your inbox. If you’ve chosen the build package you will receive a link to book in your consultation call with us straight to your inbox. Over the call we'll go over the project timeline with you.
Otto Projects are best suited to people who have land, are looking at land, or are starting to seriously think about building.
Our homes work well for regional blocks, lifestyle properties, secondary dwellings, compact homes, cabins, studios and smaller residential builds where you want a faster and more affordable path than starting completely from scratch.
If you’re still working out whether a site is suitable, our Concept Package is a good place to start.
Some planning overlays are straightforward. Others can affect what you’re allowed to build, where you can build, what reports you need, and whether planning approval is required before a building permit.
If your land has more complex planning overlays we will advise you upfront about this process. Our build package includes the documentation required for getting a building permit.
