We’ll work with you to place your Otto Project on your land, choose the finishes, understand the final cost and prepare everything needed to build. Once construction begins, you’ll see your home take shape through regular milestone updates.

During pre-construction, we review your site's requirements, confirm your chosen finishes and develop the documentation and final construction price.
Pre-construction typically takes 4–6 weeks and is spread across 3 milestone payments.
Site review and project planning — $1,000
Design, engineering and documentation — $4,995
Final project and contract confirmation — $4,995
Once approvals are in place and the fixed-price building contract is signed, your home is prefabricated in Melbourne, then assembled and completed on your property in under 12 weeks.
We inspect the finished home together and complete the required handover process.
