One home, with room to make it yours
Otto 1 is deliberately resolved rather than endlessly configurable. That is part of how Otto Projects keeps the build efficient and the price disciplined. You can still make the home feel like yours through a curated set of finish choices.
Cabinetry colours and finishes
Flooring
Cladding options
Optional plastered interiors and skirting
The floor plan and core building system remain consistent. Custom architectural redesign is not part of the standard Otto 1 offer.
