What we review during the site review
- Planning controls and property information
- Site access
- Available information on water, sewer and electricity infrastructure
- Known site conditions such as slope and bushfire requirements
- Likely additional consultants, approvals or investigations
What you'll recieve
Within five business days, you’ll receive a Site Fit Report outlining:
- whether Otto 1 appears suitable for your property
- the key site considerations we identified
- an indicative range for likely site-specific costs
- any additional work or consultants likely to be required
- our recommended next step
How the site review works
How it works
- Purchase your Site Fit Review
- Complete the short property information form
- Otto Projects completes the desktop assessment
- Your Site Fit Report is sent to you within five business days
- If the property looks suitable, we’ll recommend moving into pre-construction
What happens next?
If Otto 1 appears suitable, the next stage is pre-construction, where we position the home on your land, confirm finishes, prepare the required documentation and work towards your residential building contract.
If additional planning or specialist work is needed first, we’ll explain what is required and can introduce you to the appropriate consultant as well as giving you a clear idea of cost upfront.
